The life of a zookeeper is a busy one and pockets are essential. Along with 2 pockets on the jacket, there are 2 more on the cargo-style trousers. There is also a sturdy zip which is easy for little fingers to open and close and a nice wide collar keeps the wind off during cold days. In addition, an elasticated waist and cuffs make for a comfy, cosy fit in this breathable cotton costume.
All our costumes are made with high-quality cotton twill and made with heavy-duty seams, hems, and cuffs so they are comfortable for regular wear and are perfect for the early years classroom where they stand up to the rough and tumble of play. Our zookeeper costume is an essential addition to any first responder or community helper dress-up area, at home or in the classroom.

All of our My Little Uniform costumes are sized according to best international standards and are based on an average size. All chlidren are unique so we recommend that you choose the same size as your child’s clothing. All of our costumes are generous in size, allowing room for growth. All our My Little Uniform dress-up costumes are made to be hardwearing and long lasting so that your little one can have hours of fun dressing up as their favourite character. To make sure your new uniform stays in top condition we recommend the following:
Washing and Drying
Each uniform can be machine washed and tumble dried. We recommend a wash temperature of as low as possible and a maximum of 40°C. Drying outdoors will prolong the life of your new costume but in the event that tumble drying is required we recommend a low temperature dry cycle.
Ironing
It may be unusual to iron a children’s costume but, our role-play uniforms are cotton and can be ironed on a medium heat, taking care to avoid areas of embroidery and reflective tape.
