This year is a little different and people are looking to get organised early which we completely understand. There are shortages, delays and increased costs this year and that is just the reality of global trade, COVID and Brexit. Like a lot of retailers, we do recommend that you plan ahead a little this year, even if, like me you are a last-minute person. 2021 is not the year to leave things to the last minute. We are in the fortunate position to be a manufacturer and a retailer so we have a little more control over things but that is not to say we are not affected by the delays and freight issues that are happening globally.

With all that in mind we have answered some of the most common questions we get into our Instagram DMs and emails below.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to order early?

This one is a little unpredictable. We have a finite amount of stock and we can only make so much between now and the end of November. If you have a little boy or girl with heir heart set on a particular gift whether it is from us, or any other retailer I wouldn’t leave it until December.

I really want to get a particular uniform but it is on pre order only. Will it be back in stock?

The year we are offering our production run on a pre order basis with dispatch guaranteed by the end of November. If we have some stock left after we have fulfilled all pre orders then it will go on sale as a stock item otherwise it will not be available once the pre order period is over..

Do you have a final order date for pre Christmas delivery?

At this time we have not decided on final order dates. We are waiting to see what delivery conditions are like towards the end of November before we finalise that.

Can I collect my order?

As an online business we do not have a store that you can visit. We are working with one independent toy store this year, Duffy’s Toyworld in Dunleer so I would recommend visiting them if you would like to buy in real life instead of online

Do you gift wrap the uniforms?

Yes! New for 2021, we have some gorgeous gift box options to add that extra wow factor to your costume. With lots of themed extras each box is beautifully presented tied up with traditional festive red string and an elf gift tag.

Will little eyes know what is in the parcel when it is delivered?

Absolutely not. We use plain outer packaging on all our orders. Depending on your order we may use Kraft envelopes, cardboard boxes or compostable mailers to deliver your order but we do not use any branded packaging (much and all as we would love to)

Can I change my order if it is not the right size?

If you are not happy with your order for any reason you are, of course, able to return it to us as per our Shipping and Returns policy. We do recommend that before ordering you consult our size guide and the dimensions on the individual costume pages to avoid any disappointment.
