Pre ordering

This year everyone is getting ready for Christmas as early as possible, which is completely understandable. There are shortages, delays, increased costs and of course COVID is still affecting lots of people and families. To guarantee everyone can purchase your gifts with peace of mind we have decided to make our current production run available for pre order.

How pre-ordering works.

You can place your order as normal, simply select your preferred size and add it to your basket. You will be notified if an item is a pre order item before you add it to your basket and you will be advised of the dispatch date for that item. You can check out as normal and your confirmation email will include the expected dispatch date.

Once your order is ready to dispatch you will receive a notification email with a tracking number for your order. We encourage you to create an account when you are checking out so that you can check the status of your order in the my-account section of our website.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We are guaranteeing that all orders placed on a pre order basis will be dispatched by the end of November. That being said, we are receiving deliveries every week from our team in Poland and we will be packing and dispatching them as they arrive to make sure we get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are working with An Post and couriers to ensure you receive your order quickly and efficiently. All orders with pre order items will be dispatched with tracking as per our Shipping and Returns policy.

Can I place an order that include stock items and pre order items?

Of course! All orders that include a costume that is on pre order will be dispatched as a one single order. For example, if you order a medic set with scrubs and lab coat which is in stock and a Garda Síochána uniform which is on pre order then your full order will be dispatched together before the end of November. If you want to receive the medic bundle now and the Garda uniform at the end of November then please place the orders separately.

I need the costume for a birthday in November will I have it in time?

We would ask that you bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the dispatch of pre order items before the end of November. If you have a significant birthday that you would like a gift for then I would suggest choosing from our selection of in stock costumes.

The costume I am looking for is showing out of stock- can I pre order it?

If a costume or a particular size is showing as out of stock on our website then it is not available for pre order at this time. You can choose to be notified of a restock of that item.
