Accumulating Points
Points are awarded based on the value of the items purchased. Some products may be excluded from the programme both for the purposes of earning or redeeming points. The value of points available for each product is stated on the individual product page.
You have 6 months to use your points, after 6 months unused points will expire and will no longer be available to redeem. You will receive a reminder email in advance of points expiring.
You can review your points balance and transactions any time at My Account.
Points cannot be awarded retrospectively. If you cannot login at the time of your order please rest your password and try again.
Points are assigned based on logged-in customers email address, points cannot be merged.
You must be logged in as a customer to earn points.
Redeeming points
You must be logged in to redeem points.
There is a minimum spend of €25 to redeem points.
At checkout you can choose the number of points you wish to use towards your purchase. Any remaining points will be carried forward.
Points are awarded once an order is dispatched. Details of points earnt/redeemed will be included on order completion emails.
If you return an order, then any points earned or redeemed will be adjusted accordingly.
General conditions
In the event that we deem there is an abuse of the loyalty programme we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and cancel any points allocated without notice.
We reserve the right to alter points earned per product at any time and without notice. This will not affect accumulated points balances.
